Delivery Policy
The desert climate is a challenging place for floral arrangements. To ensure the highest quality, it is our policy to not leave flower arrangements at the doorstep during hot months. If a recipient does not answer the door, we will contact them to schedule re-delivery. If weather is permitting, arrangements will be left in a secure location. We will also send a picture with delivery notification.
We realize that this might spoil the surprise, but it it's the best way to ensure a fresh and long lasting arrangement!
Return & Exchange Policy
Since all arrangements are made to order, there are no returns or exchange. All sales are final. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please give us a call at 520-372-0303. We will do everything we can to make you happy!

Please keep in mind that flowers are a delicate product. Each Arrangement that we design is delivered with a care tag that has instructions. If within 24 hours of receiving the arrangement your flowers are wilting, please contact us so we may resolve this issue. We will require the arrangement returned to us if a refund is requested. This is so we can determine the issue and contact our suppliers for product control. If the product is not returned, a full refund will not be given.
